Over this last semester my capstone group and I did some specialized work with Sparse Tensor storage. The issue with sparse tensors, is that most of the data is null. Having massive Tensors with mostly null data is not optimal, so we helped create data structures in Python using ALTO and HiCOO for a researcher. Initially I aided in our HiCOO team's development; but towards the end of the project I communicated to members throughout the group to record our developments for the client, as well as create animations explaining the process of the algorithms for the final capstone presentation.
